I am rooted, but I flow. Virgina Woolf
Dig deep. Sit still. Root Down. Open. Accept. Surrender. It is from this space that everything flows. How do I respond to adversity or even everyday challenges of life and stay grounded in relation to myself and others..
Through the resource of grounding, feeling the support of the earth we can experience a feeling of both physical and psychological solidity and stability.
How far can I notice and stay present to what is moving through me in the moment. How can I take care of it, own it and be prepared enough and confident enough to cope with whatever comes my way.
By developing our ability to be fluid we expand our resilience. We take risks, experiment, commit to the present
Through The Open Floor map we delve more deeply into exploring the 4 relational hungers of Solitude, Connection, Belonging and Spirit.
In a safe environment we move, play, seriously, intensely, spontaneously. Music will guide us in our explorations.
